SIC24AD Known Problems:
4/30/10:
In version 14 and lower Setup #5 does not work correctly in all cases.
9/1/09:
In version 11 and lower there are cases where CV values may become corrupted.
If you are having problems, contact us.
We can handle a software problem in one of two ways.
We will send you a microprocessor and you can swap it with the one in your SIC24AD (delicate procedure).
OR
We can send you a replacement SIC24AD and you can return the one you have.
