* There is an aspect or signal (LED) flash when a signal changes.
Sometimes there is a LED flash between changes in signal state. This is due to how the logic is formed. For example a green signal is on if the red signal is not on. Another the way to do that is the green is on if the block is not occupied. In one of these cases there may be a LED flash. If you are using Setup #1 as is, then you can just program the CVs as shown in the spreadsheet, sic24_cell_asign.xls, on the Support Tools page. If you have designed your own logic then you will have to change it accordingly. Generally there is more than one way to form the logic.
